FurtherPages.co.uk and HigherPages.co.uk websites accept and display advertising from companies and other organizations wishing to promote products and services to organizations and employees in the Further and Higher Education sectors. These advertisements appear in the form of directory entries and other text and image based advertisements.

Online Resource Pages Ltd makes every effort to provide a continuous supply of advertising services via the website(s) but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to these services. By using the website(s), Users accept that we do not. Online Resource Pages Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damage to persons or property caused by the interruption of any part or all of our services.

Information Provided by Advertisers and Other Users
6. All information given by Advertisers on any part of the site, including advert content, must be accurate and up to date. It is the Advertiser's responsibility to ensure that content is not misleading, inaccurate, and does not make false claims, or claims that could be construed as false or misleading about their own or any other organization. Online Resource Pages Ltd does not accept liability for any actions taken or not taken by any site User as a result of Advertiser information being incorrect on the site.

7. Online Resource Pages Ltd reserves the right to withdraw without notice, advertisements of any type, or written contributions to any part of the website(s), by any User or Advertiser, should any of the Advertisements or contributions by Users or Advertisers contravene any of the Terms and Conditions in this document, or should they be, in the opinion of Online Resource Pages Ltd, inaccurate, inappropriate or offensive in such a way as to be likely to bring Online Resource Pages Ltd into disrepute, or should they include inaccurate information about any third party organization, including but not limited to, any Advertiser using Online Resource Pages Ltd's services.

Online Resource Pages Ltd does not and cannot check or confirm the claimed identify of users or the accuracy or honesty of the information provided by users on the website(s), and by using the website(s) Users accept that we do not. We do not control the information posted by other users on the website(s), or that they make available to Advertisers as a result of using the website(s). We cannot guarantee its accuracy, content, character or tone.

General activities on our website(s)
9. 'Your activities' includes any and every posting you make on the website(s), whether directly related to an advertisement or not. It also includes all information you may provide to us, or to any third party, including other users or the site, that is in any way related to activity in which you engage on the website(s).
